As early as my first job at 14 years old I was interested in what differentiated the best leaders from the rest. As my career progressed I worked my way through the corporate life, and I carefully studied the strengths and weaknesses of the leaders I was privileged to work beside. Over the years, I defined and implemented the best strategies into my own leadership style with great success. As my family grew, I left the hustle and bustle of the corporate world and became the managing partner of a niche technology training company leading them to 4x growth in just 2 years.

In 2013 I founded Gorman Recruiting and The Employer Blueprint, a team building company focused on providing freedom to business owners through proper talent acquisition and employee leadership. We have developed a GUARANTEED talent acquisition program that uses proper hiring, on-boarding, and leadership principles to help business owners get the right people in the right seats. I believe God has granted me a unique perspective on business leadership not just to steward my own business but to share these insights with others.
