I believe every person deserves to harness the power of self belief. I am the daughter of a military serviceman and I grew up in Anchorage Alaska. I turned my 6 month college internship with the Walt Disney World Resort into a 17+ year career as a hospitality professional by stating to an intern at that time I wanted their job next semester. My passion is coaching and teaching so I obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. I was prompted to return to school after my mother passed away from cancer, since that reality I have challenged myself to leave this life with no regrets. I have Co Authored the book It's Possible with Sierra Rainge Jones in 2019 sharing the story of finding my I can versus saying I can't. I love my family and feel blessed to have a supportive husband and two kids that keep me grounded and grateful.
