I have a couple of podcasts. The first one, Hungry Squared, was launched in August 2016 with my friend, Sharon Titus as cohost, and my awesome husband Lee as our sound engineer. We talk about the nerdy side of food: Food science, food history, and food design. The first two are self explanatory, but everyone asks what food design is. That's talk about design in food, so we've covered topics as small as the cookie imprint on Oreos and how a chain restaurant is set up to produce a lot of food in a little bit of time.

Our second child, our son Brannan, was stillborn at 38 weeks in July 2018 and we were devastated. We only had only one person ask us about what happened, and we realized people didn't know how to broach the topic. We also learned how much we wanted to talk about him and how much other loss parents wanted to talk about their children. We launched our second podcast, Still A Part of Us, on our son's first birthday on July 23, 2019. On this podcast, other moms and dads can share their own accounts of the birth of their child, along with some advice on how they've grieved and honored their children.
