Each year I set a personal fitness goal. I feel I need a goal to keep me working out regularly and accountability by sharing my story.. I have done various events - Tough Mudder, RAGBRAI, Ragnar, 70.3 triathlon - and am a true back of the back (proud of my multiple LAST place finishes). To celebrate my 50th birthday I did a 50k trail event. As I listen to podcasts and books while working out, I often share things I've read or heard.
